1. Using Our Website

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve or guarantee the availability of that product.

Occasionally, a product may become unavailable after an order has been submitted.

If this happens, we may:

4. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on Huffy Collections are in Uganda Shillings (UGX).

We try to ensure that prices displayed on the website are accurate.

However, pricing or technical errors may occasionally occur.

If a product has been displayed at an incorrect price, we may contact you before confirming the order and give you the option to:

• Cancel the affected item or order

We will not charge you a different price without informing you.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are generally separate from the displayed product price unless expressly stated otherwise.

The cost of delivery depends on factors including:

After you provide your delivery location, we will communicate the available delivery option, delivery charge and expected delivery time.

Your package will not be dispatched until you have agreed to the delivery arrangement and applicable delivery charge.

6. Placing an Order

Submitting an order through our website does not always mean that your order has immediately been accepted.

Where product availability, delivery charges, delivery location or other details still need to be confirmed, your submission will be treated as an order request.

We may contact you through phone, WhatsApp, email or another communication method provided during checkout to confirm:

• Delivery charge
• Total amount payable
• Expected delivery time

Your order is confirmed once the relevant order details and applicable charges have been agreed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

Huffy Collections is not responsible for delivery delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Where payment is processed through a third-party payment provider, that provider may also apply its own terms and privacy practices.

9. Cash on Delivery

Where cash on delivery is available, you agree to:

• Be reasonably available to receive the order
• Pay the agreed amount when the order is delivered

If you are unable to receive the order, please contact us as early as possible so that delivery can be rescheduled where practical.

Repeated refusal of confirmed cash-on-delivery orders, fraudulent orders or deliberate provision of false delivery information may result in Huffy Collections requiring advance payment for future orders.

10. Delivery

We offer delivery within Kampala and may arrange delivery to other parts of Uganda using available transport providers.

Delivery times provided to customers are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Traffic
• Weather
• Rider availability
• Transport delays
• Incorrect delivery information
• Communication difficulties
• Events affecting transport or public movement

We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed where a significant delay occurs.

For deliveries outside Kampala, packages may be sent through an agreed bus, taxi, courier or other transport provider.

The delivery method and cost will be communicated to you before dispatch.

11. Inspection on Delivery

Where reasonably possible, we encourage you to inspect your order shortly after receiving it.

If you receive:

• The wrong product
• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect quantity

please contact Huffy Collections as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant information or photographs where requested.

This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

12. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to the Huffy Collections Returns & Exchanges Policy published on our website.

The eligibility of a product for return or exchange may depend on:

Once an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible and delivery or return costs may apply where permitted by law and where those costs have been communicated to you.

Customised, specially sourced or specially prepared orders may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions where this has been communicated before the order is confirmed.

14. Promotions, Discounts and Offers

From time to time, Huffy Collections may offer:

If you have allergies, sensitivities or medical concerns regarding a product, seek appropriate professional advice before using it.

17. Accounts

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for:
