How Our Delivery Works
When you place an order, you provide your location and preferred delivery time. We then check the available delivery options and inform you of the most affordable cost before dispatching your package.
You can decide whether the proposed delivery option and fee work for you before your order is sent.
Delivery Within Kampala
Delivery fees depend on your exact location and how urgently you need the package.
Nearby areas such as Kisaasi and Komamboga may cost approximately UGX 3,000 to UGX 4,000.
Flexible delivery to many locations within Kampala starts from approximately UGX 5,000. This option may not be immediate because the rider combines or schedules deliveries to keep the cost affordable.
Urgent or immediate delivery may cost approximately UGX 10,000 or more, depending on the distance and rider availability.
Bus and Taxi Deliveries
For customers outside Kampala, we can send packages through a trusted bus, taxi or other agreed transport option.
The total delivery cost normally ranges from UGX 10,000 to UGX 15,000. This usually includes:
- Transporting the package to the bus or taxi stage
- The fee charged by the bus, taxi or transport operator
The final amount depends on your destination and the transport operator available.
Flexible Delivery
Affordable delivery may not always be available on the same day. Where necessary, your delivery can be scheduled for another day when a more affordable option becomes available.
You may also ask us to hold your order until you are ready to receive it.
Before Dispatch
We will always communicate the following before sending your package:
- The available delivery method
- The delivery fee
- The expected delivery time
Your package will only be dispatched after you agree to the delivery arrangement.
